Srinagar-Jammu national highway remained open for one-way traffic with traffic plying from Srinagar to Jammu on Monday. A traffic police official told that traffic from Srinagar to Jammu plied normally on the highway on Monday. He said subject to weather conditions, traffic from Jammu to Srinagar will ply on the highway on Tuesday.
